Problems with Front Suspension
I have a 65 Mustang, 347 roller, 6.90's in the 1/8th,back halved with 31x13 slicks and stock front suspension with a driver side front spring that is obviously sagging.
The front suspension is all stock.
When I bought the car the ladder was setup with a lot of preload and the car was twisting the driver side front end up off the ground when it left.
I readjusted the ladder bar to get the car to leave completely level but when I did that I noticed that my reaction times were doing something weird then. When the car is running in good air I have to take time out of my delay box. When in bad air I have to add time to the delay box. It's exactly opposite of what you would think it should be. The car does visually raise more when in good air so I believe this is where that time is going.
I'm going to keep the front end stock so what do I need to do to it in the off season to make it stock/super stock good?
I'm asking you guys because I'm sure your the only ones that really know where to point me.
