What's the best spark plug wires to use wanting some the headers will not burn. Looking to change to under the header wires on my Chevelle but going to see what works best.

A friend of mine works and travels for FireCore wires. Not sure where you're located but he attends a lot of events, and will custom make and fit a set of wires on the spot. Good, high quality product.

I used Moroso wires with their sleeve material. I ordered the unfinished ones and fitted them myself. They won't burn if they touch the header. I also put the shrink wrap numbers. Makes it easy to trace the wires when they are below the headers. Have some silicone spray on hand when you pull the boots on.

If you have a data acquisition system, contact the manufacturer for recommendations. They will tell you what to stay away from, not what to get. Not all wires are created equal.
