69 Camaro drag & drive build
I've been working on my 69 camaro to compete in drag & drive events. the engine is a 422 cu in SBC with Splayed valve heads with a CNC tunnel ram intake. Has Elston headers Jesel rockers Bullit cam.
And like every one else I'm still waiting on parts. I've already built my trailer, it's 5X8 & sides are 31 inches high. I'm hoping to have things ready for Hot Rod Dragweek in Sept |

I hope you have everything you need already ordered. I had to wait 17 months for certain items.

I will be at Hot Rod's Drag Week with my son in his car.
Look me up! Photo credit to Charles Judd, I had to butcher it to get it to load. Bill Lamb Last edited by 340Cuda; 07-28-2023 at 05:15 PM. |

Re: 69 Camaro drag & drive build
Stoped by Danny’s shop and he was working away on the 69 car. The car is his old Top Stock winning car and later his Stock sick car. It should be a fun ride. He’s waiting on pushrods I think. His shop does a great job on driveshafts. He just fixed Jerry Bennett one for his Duster.

I remember the car as a Top Stocker! That was such a great class and sad its gone but the cars are still around doing what they do best. Great job Danny
