Sticker Slappin'

I know that IHRA had cracked down on this, but does anybody know what NHRA's policy has been on putting stickers on during eliminations? A racer was slapping on decals this past weekend during eliminations at Stanton, Mich.

They are supposed to be on at the begining of eliminations . Though I have seen alot of sticker slappin' ! Glad you gave us a terminology for it ......
