i have a 70 dodge dart 340 swinger that fits the E/SA class at 10.48Lbs per HP. if im reading this right i can go to 10.00lbs per hp which would be the lightest for the "E" class. now if i want to bump up to the "D" class what do i have to do? "D" is from 9.50 to 9.99. can i go to the lightest in the class like i did for "E" or do i have to go to 9.99?
