With that tire I would start at between 18-21 psi. Track prep makes a huge difference.......

I use the 30x9x15 radial slicks, set them at 18psi when I arrive at the track while sitting on the trailer, seems to work for me

The tire pressure everyone is suggesting ,is that with or without tubes? I have a 3300lb Malibu (Hoosier28x10 non radial) and was wondering what pressure to run.

On the radial tires I would start at 20 and go from their depending on the track.I have seen some people running as much as 30 in them. The bias tires you going to start at around 12 and go up from their, until the car does not hook and then go back down a little. But all this is on how good the track is,and on how good the car works.
