Over the weekend my Performaire Eclipse weather station took a dive on me. It was reading everything correctly and then suddenly the temp dropped from 81 to 17, and the DA went to -2000 ft. Upon resetting, and several attemps to change out of the menu and go back, I failed to make any headway. Has anyone else had this happen, and better yet, who or where do I need to get in contact with to see about a repair??? Thanks

Try calling Altronics directly. They can give tech advice and can repair and upgrade. I sent mine in a couple of years ago and upgraded mine. They added the O2 sensor and the wind meter with new program. It was a good deal.

I just got my paging weather center repaired last month when it took a crap and the keyboard quit and it had a problem paging over 150 yards. To check it out and tell me what all it needed to be 100% and calibrate it after repairs was i believe 75 dollars plus return shipping. The new key board and transmitter was not cheap but was still a small fraction of what what a new system cost (IE keyboard, transmitter, checkout charge, calibration and shipping were less than 500 dollars). Call and talk to kate she is one of the best customer service reps I have EVER worked with. If you goto their website there is a form you need to print out and send in with it. They dont screw around getting things fixed and back out to you I shipped mine out on tuesday and had it back the following monday with regular UPS.
