Newbie
I have an 1987 Camaro 2.8 V.6 with a 250 auto. trans. and would like to build into a stocker. I really would like to stay with the V.6 and auto.I know everyone have been advising to go with a 305. My question is, does anybody have any experience with this combination or am I trying to reinvent the wheel? Thank you all for your input.

Norman Griffins runs an 84 Firebird with the 2.8 & auto...it runs real well!!!!

I have run Norman before and let me tell you he has worked very hard to run as good as he does. He proves that the combination can fly. Good luck with what ever you decide.
