(Stock) What Class

Have a 87 Camaro body thinking of building a Stocker for IHRA .Also have a 327 engine with the Camel hump heads what class will this fall under...OR would a 350 engine be better..
Perfer the Crate motor class.

The 327 w/camel humps would likely fit into GT.
