Starting from scratch, who are the best people to go to, to build a complete BB/AM? Including for the chassis, engine, drivetrain, powertrain, equipment etc?

Some people might tell you to talk to Rick Hord or Jirka Kaplan for direction in this area.. BUT.. and just my two cents.. I'd be reaching out to Bob Newberry.. now there is a really smart guy with Comp experience.. I doubt very much if he would point you anywhere but in the right direction..
I had an idea of doing a BB/AM a few years back when the class looked good and he was the first guy to come to mind.. he will be brutally honest, which I think you will appreciate in the end.. especially in the dollars and SENSE area.. |
