Racing Machine Shop - Worcester Mass

Does anyone know who does engine building/machining in Worcester Massachusetts or very nearby within 10 miles or less?

Boucher's is too far away.

How far is Fitchburg, MA?

I sell SM Lifters to a shop there called PK Machine. Paul seems to know what he is doing by talking to him.

PK Machine in Fitchburg is a reputable shop. Many people in Central Mass Drag Racers' Assoc. use Paul. There's also Reid's Automotive in Framingham, Ma. which is just down the road from Worcester....both respectable and knowledgable, i.m.o. WJ

For a S/SS class engine I'd give Tom Boucher a call . .........
[last time I was in Mass. even the school buses drove 80 mph!]......Tom

Mannyman, I have seen more racers make the mistake of not traveling for good machine work,esspecially for stock or super stock work. There is a big difference between a good machine shop or engine builder and a good experienced stoker engine builder. Do your self a favor and drive a little. Both Boucers and Ried's are good choices. Lee Valentine

Call Jim Reid , you won't be sorry... He builds fast motors and easy to deal with.. I only wish he was closer to Va... Plus he is always at the races ...
