Default Swamp Tour @ No Problem

For those of you that may be interested, I have arrainged for a local guide to take up to 30 people (20 in one boat - 10 in the other) for a three-hour tour of the swamps. The trip will start just couple of miles up the road from No Problem Raceway, and there is plenty of parking at the Bayou Corne boat launch.

If you are interested in signing up for the Thursday or Friday tour, please call Linda at the track office 985-369-3692 or e-mail her at lindajoffrion@hotmail.com .

We were thinking about doing tours at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Pat

Thumbs up Re: Swamp Tour @ No Problem

Wow Pat,

That sounds like it would be a lot of fun to partake in...thus making me either wish I lived closer to your track so I could attend the "Sportsnationals" there, or had the budget to be able to travel to your facility from Az.! You've got to be the sportsman drag racers best friend (as far as track owner/managers are concerned)! I hear nothing but great things about your track, its people, and you yourself...now that I see this, I'm not surprised why!!!

Gilligan has left the stage. There aren't many gators in the swamp these days. 30-degree temps keep them hibernating. Ginger & Mary Ann have been spotted along the cypress trees on Lake Verret, but are not wearing bikinis. So much for global warming!

Bring your cameras and binoculars. Plenty to see floating through the swamp.

BTW. Cell phones work in the swamp... most of the time.

All fun aside, if you've never done anything like this, don't miss out on that ! You will absolutely regret it later !! My 7 months in La. last yr, were actually a great time.

Oh, and if the Minnow does run aground, Pat will pop up on his tractor and fix that deal, Pronto !!
