I didn't post this to start a mad dash to beat these guy's up or their cars !
I thought the run was a super run... Now,,,,, I have raced a LONG time, Would I like a new Mopar or Mustang..Yeah,, Do I want to spend the $$$ NO... So I'll just race my old 69 and have fun !! The best part of racing is the people you meet and the friends you make ! Don't lose track of that, life's to short ! OK, Beat me up , lol |

Don't you imagine that when the A990 cars and 68 Hemi's came out the talk was about how they were going to ruin the sport? Seems like the more things change, the more they stay the same.

BTW: When the 68 Hemi cars came out, they had to run the then SS/B and SS/BA classes. Their weight break would not allow them in Stock. The SS/A and SS/AA class was reserved in anticipation of vehicles that never came to be. Last edited by Jim B; 03-26-2010 at 02:45 PM. Reason: Sentence addition |
