Default Tire mounting question

Is it more or less important to screw slicks to the rim when mounting tubeless vs with tubes, or does it make a difference?
I've been using tubes, wiping the tire & wheel beads super dry with lacquer thinner and mounting without screws.
When it's time to dismount the tire I play hell breaking the bead but the tire never moves while racing.
I'm going to try my next set tubeless and am planning to use the same method. Does this sound like a way to go?
Yes, I plan the wipe the inside of the tire with liquid detertgent. I've also considered wiping the inside of the slick with that green slime tire sealer instead of the detergent. Another thought was to spray the inside with spray silicone.
Has anyone tried either of these methods? Or am I making too big a deal out of this? It's just that once the slicks are mounted I don't want to become a slave to them at the races airing up between rounds and letting them back down in staging.

I have 3 pairs of Hoosier D07, 9x30 bias ply slicks. They don't lose air over time. I run tubeless, metal valve stems of course, blasted the steel wheels at the bead areas with 70 grit aluminum oxide media. The tires don't move. Screws are more important with tubes because if the tire turns, it will shear off the valve stem.

Go tubeless. Paint the inside with Dawn or Palmolive dish soap, 2 coats and let it dry. Then mount em up. No leaks and no movement.

Some of the tire shops around here won't monkey with wheels after that green slime has been in them.
