Love to see someone revive these old race cars, it's a pity that so many great ones have just disappeared.

Does anyone find it odd that Dave would buy a Z28 to race that was a Rally Sport with power brakes?

Thanks, Jerry for keeping the memories alive.

"thanks to the window sticker, there’s no doubt that this was a 4-speed car from the beginning"......uhhh, they ALL were. (Z28s)
And a Muncie M22 behind a Rob Y. clutch?
I don't get it - this isn't the car Jerry just set the record with, is it?

RPO Z28 had required options to be bought with the z28 package. J50/J52 power disc brakes was one of the mandatory options along with M20/M21/M22 transmission. They weren't all built to be racecars from the start, some were made for street use so you had to stop along with the go....
