Default 5.7 Drag Pak ?'s

Why do the 5.7 engines use 6.1 heads? Makes no sense to me. Who do you get a hold of to get the proper 5.7 heads on the 5.7 engines?

They are the propper heads for the Drag Pak. They started with a clean slate and used what ever parts they saw fit for the combination. They are not 2009 challangers they are 2009 Drag Pak cars. Different combo.

lol Peter. For shizz an grins, I should put my blown Hemi from my truck and put it in the DP for a weekend of fun. It'd be fun to see what that motor could actually do in car that weighs 2000 lbs less than my truck.

Yeah, uhhhh Jerry, that sounds like some of my bright Ideas...

I have a feeling it MIGHT end badly.....

When yer 2000lb heavier truck 60fts at 1.40 uh.....well....itd be interesting thats for sure.

Id be suprised if you could hook....but I dont really know....

It would be fun....

PS. THANKS a TON for the Block, I cant thank you enough, one of the things that NEEDs to get done is the 2009 Block approved because of the front housing differenece and the inavailablity of the 2008 back blocks ? I doubt they will approve the heads as a replacment, the ports and valve size would probably be Ok, the Chamber....well...I doubt it BUT it will be interesting to see WHAT head they submitted for the 2010

It was GREAT to Meet You in person, and Denny, and Don, as well as Chuck and Larry and the whole minnesota contingent of the Drag Pak Confederation.

Thanks to all you guys at Sharadon !
