Changes to S/SS class races

Does anyone know anything about the changes in S/SS class racing?

In the National Dragster there is an announcement about a 12 race class-elimination schedule in the February 4 issue. They will be offering double contingency payouts at four events. They will be creating new stick and automatic classes.

It states that there is more information on the NHRA website. I looked and there is no posting about the changes.

Does anyone have any information about the S/SS changes?
