Just looked at the schedule for the Combo races this year. Talk about crazy scheduling!!!??? Their race on April 10th is up against the new National open in Muncie, IN. Then the race on May 14th and 15th is the same time as the Norwalk points race. Then the combo on July 30-31st is up against the points race at Stanton, MI. These races are all in Division 3. The NHRA schedule has been out for some time already. I am really disappointed in Dallas Jones' lack of consideration for the few of us who do like to go to the points races. I guess there aren't that many of us who race at both that it was worthy of his consideration.
I just hope we have something together by then to race! Patsy |

Larry, I can tell you where I'm going to be and that's Bowling Green on all three occasions. They might lose a few cars to Norwalk but that would be it. Nobody from around here goes to Stanton and an open in Muncie is liable to get snowed out.

Kevin you are right, but that race won't cost us 5 cars that go to Stanton and not BG. Just the ones chasing points.

Trying to schedule races and miss divisionals and nationals are a nightmare. When scheduling our Buckeye S/SS races there are always other considerations. You can't please everyone and they have done what they feel they need.
