Maple Grove water problem

Heard through grapevine that Maple Grove has serious problem with water sepage.
Has anybody heard anything about status of points race this coming weekend.
Would be nice if track gave heads up on condition of racing surface.

Just heard that Jack Matyas ran there yesterday so I guess that info was a bit premature.

We raced there Saturday (after a week of rain) There was bright sun all day - there were NO water problems!! I know MG spent a lot of time & $$$ addressing this over the off season.

Hmmmm.. this could get interesting.. one of the cars that I work on was there on Saturday to test and the top end was weeping.. and it was hard to get down after 1/2 track.. a check of the long range forcast yesterday seemed kind of iffy for the weekend, but you know how good the weathermen are.. the big question, as usual, is where are you guys going to park.. I know where I'll be..

MG spent money money fixing the track??.. when and how much.. from what I hear, they didn't get their money's worth, and may not have fixed the problem..

The Bracket Program at Numidia is starting to look inviting...

Dave - the field was pretty solid ( I made a point to go look) The grass area on the tech road was real soggy in the low areas. Todays forecast was 60% chance of showers but we got nothing (I'm 40 miles from the track - driving). The fore cast is getting better - Tomorrow: Variable clouds with thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon. A few storms may be severe. High 81F. Winds WSW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 50%.
Tomorrow night: Scattered thunderstorms in the evening, mainly cloudy late with a few showers. A few storms may be severe. Low 62F. Winds WNW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50%.
Wednesday: Intervals of clouds and sunshine. Warm. High 83F. Winds NW at 5 to 10 mph.
Thursday: Mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the low 80s and lows in the mid 60s.
Friday: Partly cloudy with a stray thunderstorm. Highs in the low 80s and lows in the upper 60s.
Saturday & Sunday scattered thunderstorms 40%

So who knows

Charlie, we were there also and run low 7.80's @ 169 we had no problems and there are a whole lot faster than us. They never stopped for water - oli yes water no.

Saw no weeping what-so-ever ..........Track was great .........I'm more worried about the Tornado that is to hit here in Bethlehem in a few minutes .
