Couple of ?s on Div.7 race @ Vegas

The wife and I are thinking about going to Vegas for the Div.7 race in Vegas in 3 weeks. Looking on the schedule it shows qualifying Thursday, Friday and eliminations starting Saturday. Would Thur., Friday be the best days for watching the stockers? Would anyone have Dennis Alveys #? I would really like to see him run.

I didn't know they were qualifying Thursday, i'll have to break away from SEMA to see that.

My advice is to get there early but as i found last time on Friday Stock ran first thing in the morning, like 7am before spectator gates opened. They wouldn't let me in and i took off back to the convention center. Maybe tickets can be bought in advance.
