Default R.i.p.

Michael Dunn founder of BHJ Products passed away Oct. 20 of complications associated with Lukemia. Mike could design, make, weld or build anything. Great freind, good racer, and a credit to our sport. His loss will be felt.

I first remember Mike Dunn's new '61 Black Corvette. It was fast and he could really handle a 4 speed! I remember him even beating the (then new) '62's with 327s. Great racer and innovator.

Very Sad news Dave. Jeff and I used to crew for Mike on the Radiant Color Vette when we were kids! What a great guy and his contributions to the sport are everywhere.
Our prayers to Becky, Holly and Julie.

Sad news! He was a Great guy. A long time ago I bought some of his product and then I was at his booth looking at an update and one other piece. A fellow was in line in front of me talking to him and wasn't buying into the "Sales Pitch" I listened for about 15 min and he wasn't getting anywhere with the guy and "All" he was telling him was spot on with the operation and what the tooling did. I stepped up and told the guy I had all the same tooling and I was very satisfied with it. He and I stepped aside and talked for 10 min and the guy moved on. The line was long and I moved on. A couple of weeks after the show he called and thanked me for chatting with the guy. He called him and bought 2 sets of almost everything he sold. He sent me my upgrades and the other piece I wanted free of charge and thanked me for being his salesman. After that we kept in touch at shows and by phone. Over the years we drifted, but I will always remember him as a friend and a very generous person.
