Was just checking out the fields at the races since Pomona and the divisional races up to this weekend. I notice that there were a ton of newer Cobra Jet, COPO Camaro and Drag Pak Challengers at the east coast races and hardly any on the west coast. Is there a reason for this? Just wondering. It has been said that stuff always happens out west first and then works it's way to the east, music, food, entertainment, etc.
Or maybe the west coast is getting ready to unveil the imports made in America. Ron Ortiz U/SA yes, I have time on my hands, no crawfish replies.

We don't have that road salt that eats up the good cars in the East. It's the water.
And the factory programs can't hold a candle to what comes out of hot rod garages. Dale

75% of the population of America is east of the Mississippi. Pretty simple math. All you rich people on the East coast snatch up all the factory racecars.

Which then get beat in the finals by old guys in 60's vintage muscle cars.
Isn't that Fletcher guy West Coast based now? Dale

Now this is funny..... I now live in Arizona. Never....repeat, Never....do you see rust on a car unless it has "out of state" license plates on it. I am from Iowa originally. I get back there every couple of years and I can not believe the rust.................... No wonder that the folks that want a good donor car, come to the southwest.
Oh.....I just remembered....WE HAVE "IN-AND-OUT BURGERS"......you don't......(they are to die for)

Probably has something to do with legalizing pot out here. We really do live in the past. Ever been to Portland? They think COPO is a micro brew.

IN-AND-OUT Burgers are to die for. They are my first stop every time I go out west. Haven't missed going at least twice every trip. Been out west at least 35 times

I see that In & Out Burger has expanded into Texas, thus following suit that things travel from West to East. I & OB should be in FL within 2 years at the current rate. It also appears that after the CO legalization cash cow, more states are looking into the money for free program.
Two older Camaros in the final of Stock at the Gators, was great, but those newer cars really close on people after 1,000 foot mark, great racing. Div 6 Fan, Doesn't matter about the 75% population rule, there is plenty of money out West. Just think what Stock would be like if they allowed Maserati, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, Hennessey, and Zenvos. Then the East coasters will be in your situation with the rich thing....... And waiting for things to travel East from the West. But still, why are there so fewer newer cars out West. Maurice, you know you could make a fortune with pirated Revision Seminars Ron Ortiz U/SA I saw at the Gators a Toyota that said "made in Kentucky"
