Hi I was asked by Joe Yesterday the New England Track Manager to Spread the Word since Oxford Closing and the 1/8 Mile .. And since the Drag Mania is Cancelled for the Weekend of 8-2-14 he has a Opening for a Race that weekend. New England Dragway will be Doing a 1/8 Mile Race Only on either Saturday or Sunday for that weekend Payout is $1500.00 based on a 100 car field and Pro rated for lesser amount cars. its open to ALL racers but is being put on Mainly for Oxford racers but All are welcome to enter this race ! They will also being doing Arm drop gudge races that day .. All the details are not on the New England Dragway web site yet but will be on there soon so keep a eye out for All exact details. But I wanted to Share this info as soon as I can to give everyone a chance to make plans... This is a Rare Chance for this Special 1/8 mile race as New England Dragway Schedule is usally full ! Drag Mania Cant fill this date that weekend and New England Dragway is putting this race on to see if there any interest from all the 1/8 mile racers out there to come race on a 1/8 mile race format at the New Dragway Facility .. I sure Hope you guys and girls spread the Word as it is great they are offering this and we all should show our support for this event !!!!!...
