Default Turkeys, Butterflies & Amy Faulk

Why are there Turkeys and Butterflies on all of Amy Faulk’s race cars?

Find out why in Brenda’s latest article.

Great lady! When we met them, we saw them at Memphis & Carlysle, AR races. They had the turkey, and Faulk's Turkey Farm painted on their Malibu wagon. Kenny kept ghreatening, if she went red, to paint glasses on the turkey. If you don't know Kenny, he is kind of a charactor. Well, more than kind of. LOL

Yes. A great article. I never knew that back in the 70's women needed special certification to drive. Interesting how far things have come.

Brenda That Is One Heck Of A Great Story For Two People That I Am Proud To Call MY Friends. I First Met Amy And Ken At The 1975 Gatornationals Where I First Ran Amy And Ken In SS/NA With My 66 Chevy II. And We Have Been Friends Ever Sense.Amy Helped Me With Cams When She Worked For Cam Dynamics And Comp Cams And Allways Steered Me In The Right Way. Thanks Again Brenda For Such A Great Story.

Thumbs up Re: Turkeys, Butterflies & Amy Faulk

That is a nice article about nice people and thats what makes up the sportsman family. I havent raced for about 7 years but still keep in touch and read Class Racer. I remember the Faulks from Bowling Green , they were always friendly. Nice article Brenda.

Thanks everyone for the nice words...and thanks Brenda and Bill for such a wonderful write up...almost didn't know you were talking about me...you made me sound better than I was! Really, lots of racers helped us along they way...wouldn't have been so much fun if it were not for all the help we received. Again, thank you all.
