Indexes for New Classes

Does anyone know what the indexes will be for the new classes ? I see that Nhra updated indexes on 10/22 but forgot to had any info on the new classes created . I'm happy about the new classes but would like all the details . Any info helps

OK. we're all waiting for the index's, so how about some suggestions/ predictions?
I'm more interested in the guy's that have the cars that will share a comment!

Seeing we're just speculating here..I say the criteria is politics.

I would like to see the indexes for all the new classes at a real number. To me a real number is; it would take a very good run at a fast track, Gainesville, Bell Rose, Englishtown, by a very good car to go -1.05 to -1.10 under. Runs buy the cars not so good will be in the -.85 to -95 range just maybe good enough to qualify at Indy. An added plus to a real index is less chance of someone with a same car going minus 1.20 under the index and having the AHFS response on Tuesday.

What ever the indexes are the AHFS must apply to all cars in the eliminator.

Under that logic would you also be OK with a penalty for all of the cars that ran fast at a National Open or during class eliminations this year (regardless of year model)?

I don't see much issue with this as long as the index for any factory shootout is corrected to allow good heads-up racing without fear of penalty.

How about ALL class indexes being set from the national record?

If you run faster then the record, back it up with-in 1% and you pass tear down the record and index is changed on Monday regardless if they have an "R" written on the window or not.

Then run everything heads up with handicap start based off the index.

Darin AHFS should only apply to races that have points for national or divisional.
A national open should be for fun and records without AHFS or points.
Class and heads-up count in the AHFS in either the Q data or the E data.

I don't think it should either. I also think that cars in the new FS classes should have the same index as the class they just left.
