The Quads only came on Mid 80s trucks and cars.
You can run them only on cars and truck that came with them in stock and SS. You can rum them in GT by claiming you engine is those years. The Mid 80 engines have mostly the same heads and compression as the early engines so that would be only change for GT. On my stocker truck the Quad seemed a couple faster than Thermoquad but that was about it.
