Should be a L, M, or N class car depending on whether it is a coupe, hatch, or convertible.
Stick or Automatic ?

Might be tough to pass that '91 off as a '85 body style for a carb.

Yep.
You will have to change the front nose, interior dash assy. (and door panels), the side quarter windows as well as the tail lights to make it appear as an '85. Here are the numbers for an '85 Mustang http://www.classracerinfo.com/CGPage...5&MAKE=Mustang

A 4 barrel carbed 85 Mustang 5.0 is a stick only combo, in addition to all the body changes to convert a 91 to a 85, the 85 engine also uses different head castings, pistons, not to mention you need to use the correct Ford E4 intake manifold and an approved carb. The easiest way for this car to run in Stock would be to put the EFI back on, and run it as a 87 thru 93 Mustang, which is legal with either a stick or automatic, plus you would not need to find, paint and install the 85 body panels and interior. You may want to give this effort some serious consideration and do some research before turning a wrench.
