I am in total shock. Did not know that Bill even had cancer. Sitting here writing this with tears in my eyes. I guess that explains why his entire setup is for sale. My condolences to his wife and family.
I last saw Bill and had a nice conversation with him at the Northwest Nationals at Seattle.

This is such sad news. I always enjoyed talking to Bill about carburetors and racing in general. I always held him in high regards for his knowledge, especially the mechanical side of our sport. Godspeed!

This is so sad. What a great all around guy in every since from knowedge to driver, with a very fast car. He will be missed.

Sad news. I had the pleasure of meeting Bill at one of his dyno sessions, his intellect as well as his gentlemanly character made it a respectable and memorable experience. My prayers and Sincere Condolences go out to his wife and family… Maurice.
