Default Keystone Nationals

I have a question about stock, and superstock eliminations laddering. I thought there weren't suppose to be any heads up runs in the first round. I might have it wrong. But does that apply to national or divisional races?
Because when i was reading the Reading results. I noticed four heads up pairings in the first round in stock.
I was just curious if this had anything to do with NHRA holding the sportsman over till Monday to run their eliminations.

Thanks,

Steve Tucholsky

The "no heads up" only applies to random pairings for first round. The field was qualified so pairings were not random.

At national open races theirs no first rd heads up runs either.
Those races are first rd random pairings as well
