Default News flash just in....

Just in from a super secret source with NHRA: The powers pushing/searching for the common button have found out, from a person familiar with electricity, that they MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE ONE BUTTON... It seems that there are different trans brakes on the market that have different current draw... does the term AMPS mean anything??... yes, a small amp button will burn up with a large draw Trans brake.. OK no problem, put the large amp button in play.. but then you have the problem of what a small amp trans brake does with a large amp switch.... which will it be? Burning up switches or Arcing & sparking and inconsistant contact/release ?? OK what do you want NHRA to do? Make a rule that will cause you to have constant electical problems or just AXE the AXE switch???(like it should be)
The good news is: At least NHRA has a few months to work their way out of this shocking mess.
Disclaimer: This post is aimed at Super Stock & Comp applications because we all know that MSD 2 steps used in Stock have the same AMP current draw. ;~)
