Midwest Class Racers is having a S/SS Race on July 21st and 22nd, 2018 at Brainerd International Raceway. This race is sponsored by Line Performance for a guaranteed $2000/Winner and $1000/Runner-Up each day.

Race Update:

I was informed some changes has happened since we had the last MCR Race at BIR. The S/SS class receives 2 qualifying runs before eliminations, pending weather, oil downs, etc. Also the Run Order is tweaked where S/SS runs after Pro ET first thing in the morning. Start time is at 9:00AM and I would be guessing S/SS first call would be around 9:10AM for Q1. This schedule could be adjusted, be aware of the PA and Radio Announcements.

Saturday Results:

55 Cars made the call for Saturday's 5th Annual Paul Bunyan Classic. Larry DeForrest with his 2010 Mustang running in FS/E was the #1 Qualifier running 1.289 under the 10.95 Index.

Ben Line from International Falls, MN was the Winner of the $2000 Check and $100.00 Gift Certificate from Auto Meter.

Scott Dugdale from Stacy, MN was Runner-Up of the $1000 Check and $50.00 Gift Certificate from Auto Meter.

Ben Line was the winner of the Perfectly Wild Bill Award of $100

54 Cars made the call for Sunday's 5th Annual Paul Bunyan Classic. Larry DeForrest with his 2010 Mustang running in FS/E was the #1 Qualifier running 1.250 under the 10.95 Index.

Glen Demenge from McGregor, MN was the Winner of the $2000 Check and $100.00 Gift Certificate from Auto Meter.

Kevin Leinart from Dakota City, NE was Runner-Up of the $1000 Check and $50.00 Gift Certificate from Auto Meter.

Kevin Leinart was the winner of the Perfectly Wild Bill Award of $100
