NHRA ALL ACCESS Screwed up again !!

SS class ... finish line camera only and volume has to be on100 to hear announcer .. last time I pay for this !!!

Seems to be a common theme with All Access, they should change the name to "Maybe Some Access"

Must be to early in the morning for them. At least yesterday we could hear the announcers.
I wonder how many people actually buy this subscription for the pros anyway.

Mine started with audio only now I have the same problem, top end only and not much announcer.

I tried repeatedly to renew account this morning. It's a repeat of the two previous years. I complained to NHRA and got the brush-off...like well it's not my job.

I have the feeling that nothing will improve with them or NASCAR until they loose the TV contracts. Only then will they be concerned with putting butts in the seats and things like All Access for those who can't be there.

I would say most of the time its works well, but the times it does not are very frustrating.

9:22 eastern, still no "commentary". Somebody missed the wake-up call?! It's always "iffy" in the beginning (they had 2 days to get ready!)

Since I work with the D1TV I understand and am not as "upset" as I used to be when things screwed up. We make sure everything is up and running properly the day before we go live....and then all hell breaks loose when we hit "live stream"! We've got the latest greatest all new equipment and it still doesn't matter. For the most part the All Access product has been great this year.
