Anyone have a buddy at MSD/ Racepak? I had sent a RP Dash back for a backlight repair just before Corona hit. I can't seem to get ANYONE to pick up at MSD in El Paso (doing the repair) including the receptionist/ switchboard operator. I have called just about every number in every department and no answer. I have also tried several emails to different people with zero response. Any idea if they are back to work yet and if not, when? Was hoping someone was monitoring emails...

Thanks to all the great contacts on here, I was able to reach Todd Paton via the assistance of Eddie Leabo. He was able to locate and assist in the return of my dash.

I have a UDX dash with backlight issues as well but are afraid to send it in during this virus thingy..

Motorsports Innovations - Greg Kelly - Great product insight and a wealth of knowledge for the sportsman needs. www.motorsportsinnovations.com Performance Data Systems - Todd Paton - one of the men behind RacePak product development. now running his own business. Todd has intimate knowledge of all things RacePak. While I do not know if he is an "Authorized Warranty Repair Center", I do know he can repair any repairable issue with a RacePak item (in other words, if it is out of warranty, and is repairable he can repair it). RacePDS.com Both guys are great, and really like to help the Sportsman racer. Big box stores have absolutely nothing on these guys. When you buy from Motorsports Innovations or Performance Data Systems you become one of the "Family" and they will help anyway they can (a "big box store" will just give you a phone number to call). |

To add to Bill’s post above, I have had great luck with Hyperaktive Performance Solutions . Joe and his staff have been great help! I got turned on to them by Larry and Jason DeForrest.
