Does anyone have any updated contact info on Kromer? The number I have doesn't seem to be active.
Thanks, Jim. |

If you Google Kromer Kraft there are several negative comments about customer service from BMW enthusiasts who Kromer builds headers for.

Kromer did a set of headers for us - excellent workmanship - fair price - and done exactly when they were supposed to be done - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Don has done at least 5-6 sets of headers over the years for our cars as well as modifying headers and repairing damaged tubes. His work is top notch, his prices are fair and he is a very personable person to deal with. Not sure why the "Bimmer" boys are having any problems but I never have and those whose work he has done only speak in favorable tones.

Don at Kromer Kraft has made several sets of headers for me. He did an amazing job for a reasonable price and was on time. I highly recommend ! Don's number is 330-539-5053.

I worked for Don at KromerKraft from 1995-2005,....maybe longer. There were a couple unhappy campers, but 99% of the customers were very happy with our service. Don will typically do what ever the customer wants, and go the extra mile if something isn't what they expected,...unless the customer turns into an a-hole.

I never had any built by Kromer, but when I ran Nitroplate and we received headers from customers for coating that he had built they were top notch.... probably the top 3 of header builders in my opinion.

I have also had several headers built by Kromer, sure do like his work, and he tries real hard to give you the header you want and need

My post wasn’t to disparage Kromer but to shed some light to original question of this thread by what I know and read from the BMW crowd.
I have a close friend who had Kromer build headers for his Max Wedge car and he raved about the quality and customer service. I have recommended Kromer to my BMW customers. Possibly there are underlying issues to the recent lack of response from him. My apology to those I upset. |
