1995 Chevrolet Beretta Top Sportsman car

A complete TS car with a 706" nitrous engine, 4-speed Lenco, and full-floater rear for $22,000!

Granted, it has a 2009 certification and might not be updatable, but the usable parts alone must be worth double that. Maybe there's something behind the scenes that isn't apparent.

Motor alone is worth that, we paid over 60K for our 705 BBC
