I hope you are a patient person. I had my MSD box repaired recently by MSD. Not the easiest thing to get someone on the phone and then when they call with the estimate if you miss the call it's another process to give the approval. But overall once you get it fixed you should be good to go.
Then there's an outside shop that is supposed to repair them that people raved about. Multiple phone calls and emails and never got a response I was done even trying with him. I think it was Techwest.

Good morning James,
I had sent my MSD Box back to there're repair dept., you have to call and get a Repair Order Number and then ship the box to them. I have two phone numbers 1-915-855-7123 and 1-915-857-5200 - call them and one will get you to the repair dept. explain what's wrong and then ship your stuff to them.
I wouldn't recommend FEDEX at this time, but I've been lucky using the Post Office or UPS. I would recommend insuring your equipment for full retail value , just in case. Also get a tracking number.

Respectfully,
Henry Kunz 1534 H/SA

P.S. - Don't send anything to TechWest Glenn and I had trouble with him. Before he "fell off the face of the earth" he repaired and tuned up my two MSD 7AL2's and they are still good. I sent a MSD 8A to him and it didn't work when I got it back plus a couple of other problems.
So I would not recommend Pat anymore.

When they go out = I buy a new one!
The aggravation of dealing with repairs
trumps the savings for me.
I would rather work a few more Hours!
