Rich guys for sure; but it has the potential to be great (6.90s@200 mph). That is, if the NHRA doesn't screw it up as they have done with the Factory Stock Showdown; and, to a lesser degree, Pro Mod.

Well I was reading through the rules the other day, looks super fast thats for sure.....

not so sure about a 26 inch front tire with those monsters, what are they going to launch at 1500 or idle to not go red?

The official answer from the NHRA is no, it is not supposed to replace the Factory Stock Showdown; but only time will tell.

I see it possibly replacing Pro Stock. Closer to factory's wishes. But what to do with PS?

Thats what I was wondering if that were to happen then where else would you be able to race these purpose built cars ?
