Default New to the NHRA Stock World

Hey guys,

Been lurkin around for a while, however this past weekend we decided to jump into the stock world. Drove over to PA to pick up a car that a few of you may know.

This ride should be a bit different from the 8.90 Nostalgia Super Stock ride I am accustomed to, but really looking forward to the challenge. Hope to have it out in August sometime.

Look forward to meeting you guys!

Thanks!
Casey Fauss-Johnson

Staying in U with the 273? Uphill battle but wishing you success, love the long roof B cars!

I know that car well! I butted heads with Dick Moreland many times back in the day with my old U/SA Nova. Good luck with it.

For sure! Dick Moreland, Mike Smith, and Clayton Wright, that I know of. Mike was number 5 in national points somewhere around 1985 or so.
Good luck!

You have yourself a car with a lot of history and memories in Div 1. Good luck with it. BP

The plan is to stay in U for a couple years at least (I got enough parts to use, thats for sure). I'd like to build a 383 for it, but we will see...

Clayton has been great to work with and will still be a part of this venture.

It’s a great car and if I did not already have one I would have owned it. The drivetrain will last until you get the 383 done without issue.
