Yeah. Like anything else regarding headers, they help IF they're what you need, and they either do nothing or hurt if they're not. They also have to be correctly "clocked" according to your firing order. And that is not possible with SOME 4 into 1 headers. As usual, I suggest the PipeMax program to tell you what you need with regards to headers.

Dyno tested them two years ago on a 427 big block chevy (Hooker 2 1/4 Pri, 4" collector). Lost 10 HP in the range I needed and picked up 10 in the torque dept, but in the 3000-3300 rpm range.
