Default Why is Maple Grove National like a Divisonal?

Is it just me or does it seem like almost all sportsman fields from Comp to Stock seem to be predominantly populated by D1 cars? I mean it's western PA, so it's not like Epping which is North East and somewhat understandable why you get so many D1 cars only.
It is a National so you would think a bit more D3 cars in the hunt would be scooping up points there as well. I don't know if it was always thay way.
Just an observation.

I don't think too many people would say that Maple Grove Raceway is in "Western" Pennsylvania. Its a pretty good haul from alot of Division 3.

I’m sure many have heard the stories of rain for days, getting pulled out and iffy track conditions. Besides, who wants to tangle with all those d1 HITTERS!!!

Western Pa. ??

MG is 110 miles southwest from my home in NJ and I live about 45 miles from NYC.....A 2 hour drive for me to the track without major traffic.....I was there last weekend on saturday..

The Pa. western border is a lot longer of a ride....

Car count was full in most classes
Not empty
It’s because NHRA doesn’t like to make $$$$$$
You could open car count to 85 cars in stock and super stock it would fill up
Maple grove is the best dam track we race at D1
Nhra fault

Rich what you gotta ask is why don’t get 80 cars for
East Coast Stock Super stock
Great payouts no heads-up

Where are these racers ?
