I want to give a shout out to ATI for their customer service. I bought a supercase T350 early this year and received it in late June. Due to family and obligations, I was not able to race this year. I was able to take the car out on my wife's birthday (at her request) on Sept. 17th. I made one pass and the trans fails with all gears with the exception of high not working. I called ATI and they had a couple of things they wanted me to check. I explained the car was in the trailer and it would be a couple of weeks before I could get to it. When I called them back with the results, they said they would arrange for shipping it back to them. Today I received a call saying that it was repaired and were sending it back. I was happy as no $$ were discussed. I got the invoice, and it was $0.00. Awesome service taking care of a customer. Pass it along that this company takes care of their customers.
