Default cylinder heads and intake

just curious what casting head is preferred for the 67 Camaro 396/325/350 combo in stock and which intake?

1967 only has one intake option, the 948 casting. As for heads, the 290 was always the preferred head as it had a larger runner volume. However all the accepted heads now list the same larger volume. Most seem to be using 290's or 063's however.
