Pure Stock curiosity

I saw there was a Pure Stock race this past weekend. Are there many places that offer " Pure Stock " ?

They used to let Pure Stockers race in the Buckeye Stock/Superstock series, not sure if they still do. Also I believe the NMCA lets Pure Stockers compete.
