Thank you Gloria and Dave Ley

When it comes to a great couple that gave their heart and soul to Sportsman Dragracing,,Gloria and Dave Ley are at the top of the list!!! I've known them for at least 30 years and not once,,NOT ONCE,,did I every see or hear them bitch or complain. It was always a huge pleasure to see Gloria trying to sort out a mess in the staging lanes and Dave always did a great job at the scales or fuel check. To see them gone is really a TRADEDY!!!
I worked for NYSDOCS,as a civilian, for 18 years and in that time I worked for some real assholes!!! My supervisors had no EXPERIENCE with the products we made at the prison,using inmate labor,and they only got the jobs because they were either politically appointed or they were buddies with the next person up on the ladder.
My boss had two sayings when he got his thong knotted up!! First was,,"If I Have To I'll Flex My Authority"!! The other,,"It's My Way Or The Highway"!!!
They were real manly,,but could F,,k up someone up if they wanted to rules or no rules right or wrong!! I came close to telling them to SUCK MY EAR!!!
Anyway,,Thank you Gloria and Dave!! We will definitely miss you two at the Dragraces and wish you both nothing but the BEST!!!
