Here are a few shots of Gene Emes new SS/AS camaro.
Dan "the sign man" Delaney added his magic touch with some gold leaf and matching "hand-painted" stickers. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

yes that is one beauty if im rite 5 of my friends have owned that car Bruce Boland Jamie Wildgoose Rob Carpenter John Dakin and Tony Fabiano and also Johny Mac.
John Dakin when owning it gave me the chance at drag racing driving that car at cayuga sat night 1/8 mile series years ago. Was a great car to have gone in the 10 sec zone for the first time.I hope mr.Emes has alot of fun and good times racing it like we all did good luck with that machine looks great Gene ![]() Dan Beleny F/SA 1989 |

actually David the camaro came first then your stocker ye maybe a little reverse in most peoples minds but Johnny always looked first at winning with a car before being worried how fast he was going.
John Dakin was one of the best racers i ever hung around with did a hell of alot of winning no matter what or how fast he was going i miss him being around i learned alot from that guy ![]() |

Casper:
Dan the Sign Man DeLaney's been the master of the hand lettered decals for a long time. Examples would be Wally Clark's Camaro as well as my late 80's Calais. Never really had any issues from most manufacturers. And figured that those that did, weren't really worth worrying about. Besides they look classy and Dan's work is as perfect a reproduction as there is. FJ |

If it is never an issue about the painted decals then why do some companies say No painted decals. Could it be they don't show up in pictures the way a company color/logo decal does?? I think it is a nice paint job, but if they aren't going to pay why even paint them on?
I would bet there is some company already saying they aren't going to pay and it is an abuse of the contengency program. There are even companies that don't pay when you have last years decal.
