happy thanksgiving !!! dreaming about purchacing a 2004 GM 6500 series TOPKICK with cat engine to pull a 38 ft. fifth wheel. its my next choise over the std. dulley/gas combo. pros/cons please! any info would help. thankyou.

Careful, GMC will no longer make a topkick from what I've heard. If true, parts will start getting hard to find. Cat no longer will make a motor for the "smaller" trucks. Know for sure, one owner waiting 5 months for a replacement fuel tank.
