Joe, Eastwoods stuff is pretty good.
Our Pro Street AMX engine was painted with their paint 10 years ago and still looks good. Their silver ceramic header paint is also excellent ,when the surface is properly prepped.

Joe, I have not had any luck with any of the Eastwood paints. I paint the engine every time I put it in the race car and I've tried alot of paints. The best for me is VHT. They make engine paint that works great. I've had good luck with all the VHT products. I just used there roll bar paint on the Camaro and it went on real nice. Jegs sells all there stuff.

The best engine paint I have found is the OEM Cummins Diesel engine paint.
If you have a clean block, apply it and let it cure, it will outlast anything in the market and will sustain chemicals with not adverse effect on the finish. |
