Looks like the 2010 Mustang 352/ 312 combo will be getting about 11 hp more in a couple of weeks. New owner (Cours old car) may not have known it was on the "Hit List". C-D-E here we come!!
Hey Kyle is there some more room in '"C" ??? RJ |

Not for you! You need to go to the Lounge and check out the Courtney Force thread.
Also, keep the BS3. I need you to have all the aggravation possible. Last edited by KRatcliff; 06-28-2013 at 08:28 PM. Reason: Forgot a point... |

It will only get 4 hp unless there was a run of -1.10-1.199 in which case it will get 8hp.
Kyle, It sounds like you've had a typical experience with BS3

Ok, you are now about the 5th person that I have a ton of respect for that knows how to tune these cars. To a person they have all wanted to deep six the BS3.
My major issue with it is that I cannot be guaranteed that any change I made was actually taken so I cannot tell if the change hurt or helped the car. And, yes, I did all of the goofy rubbing your belly and patting your head steps it requires to accept the change, but the changes disappear. And what is up with the 30 minute logging time out? Have the designers ever been through the fuel check at Indy? It takes 30 minutes to get to the scales after a run a lot of the time. It gives me zero confidence to tune a car with a BS3. I have enough noise in my head trying to figure out what is happening behind the scenes without this added complication. I have NEVER had any issues of this sort with a FAST and the Holley system appears to be as user friendly in different way. |
