Default SSGT Stupid Question

I've been out of the loop for a while, can a FWD conversion run a big block? The reason I ask is I saw a factor was different for a FWD over RWD car in the NHRA guide. Working on something for my son.

If you are considering a Mopar, a couple years back Steve Wann had a 440 in a 98 Avenger running GT/AA.
