Default Altronics PerformAIRE Pro USB Drivers

Can anyone help with a driver to make this box work with a Windows 10 Computer? Not getting much help from the manufacturer right now. The old box worked fine with CCP and the new box has power and is running but will not connect. It makes no sound when you plug it in and pull it out so I think I need a driver? We are at Maple Grove right now.

Try the Windows Compatibility feature with the driver. Some drivers and software may not have this option.
  1. Find the executable file or shortcut file for the software program.
  2. Right-click on the executable or shortcut file and select Properties in the pop-up menu.
  3. On the Properties window, click the Compatibility tab.
  4. Under the Compatibility mode section, check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box.
  5. In the drop-down box below the checkbox option, select the version of Windows to run the software program under, for compatibility.
  6. Click the OK button to save the settings.
Below is an example:

I tried calling you, emailed you back and requested you call me directly on Saturday.

I also emailed a download of the lastest software that includes all of the drivers and also emailed you your registration information for the second time.

Once you install the Raceworks software it automatically installs any needed drivers for windows 10.

Please call me directly for further help. I am available 7 days a week.
